Thank you for your interest in our community.  Please ensure that your clients are aware that the exterior of each Bear Park Townhome is owned by the homeowner, not the HOA.  This means that the insurance and maintenance of each townhome is similar to that of a single family home.  A condominium policy will not provide adequate coverage for your buyer.

The documents on the pages mentioned below can be included as attachments to your MLS listing, to provide more information to prospective buyer's agents.

HOA Information Disclosure Requests
To request completion of a disclosure request form, please have the buyer complete the property transfer form below, and email it with your disclosure request form to [email protected] . There is no property transfer fee assessed by the HOA at this time.
